Erikka offers great support, regularly showing how to adjust the moves up or down to each person’s level. She also offers fun, personal aspects to her classes and individuals that make it a family feel as well as a great place to learn and get in shape.
I have been looking for a fitness studio with class times that are accessible for a working mom of a young toddler! I am so happy my google search led me to Zeal! I really appreciated the 30 day trial as well. Since my first class, everyone has been so welcoming and inclusive. Shout out specifically to Erikka, as she has always been so kind and encouraging to someone like me, who tends to be very shy in group settings!

Erikka and the members are amazing. Erikka makes everyone feel included and is a talented instructor. I can't say enough about how Erikka makes everyone feel special and celebrates wins in regards to hitting milestones with number of classes and health goals achieved. Erika’s fitness studio is truly something special! The classes are so much fun that it barely feels like working out — and that’s what keeps me coming back. Erika creates such an uplifting, supportive atmosphere where everyone knows each other. It honestly feels more like a family than a gym. The sense of community here is amazing and makes it so much easier to stay motivated. If you’re looking for a place that’s welcoming, energizing, and full of good vibes, this is it. Can’t recommend it enough!
