A full service gym and yoga space for Walsenburg - how lucky are we?? I love that there is a complete range of workout equipment for weightlifting or cardio and a mirrored open space for practicing yoga, doing some stretches, or following a health video. I am so grateful to have Z Fitness Club here in Wonderful Walsenburg! Belly dance classes, yoga and breathing/mindfulness classes are offered.
