Z Fit is my home away from home. I miss it when I'm traveling. Joey is the best coach ever. He really cares about your goals whether that is simply making a habit, living longer, getting stronger, or competing. I never thought I could pick up a barbell much less do any gymnastics but it's functional fitness at it's best. I waited until my 40s to begin any kind of exercise and now in my 50s I realize it is the key to longevity (and enjoying my grandchildren.) If you sit, you squat. Love this place and the people there. Joey is always very helpful and knowledgeable with his training. It’s a very nice family atmosphere also.
