I cannot say enough great things about z-fit! I was looking for a way to get exercise while being a stay-at-home mom of two sets of twins. The first class I went to, I loved and I couldn't wait to go back! I love that you pay a monthly membership and can go to as many classes as you'd like. Child Care is convenient and only $1 per child/class. All of the instructors are fun and challenging. The fantastic group of women in class make you forget that you came to exercise. I don’t have to sign up for different classes in various places; I just come to this one almost every weekday. The instructors change it up so I get cardio, strength, stretch, and I never get bored.
Michele and her instructors have been keeping me happy and healthy for the last 14 years. Five stars for Z Fit!
ZFit is affordable, flexible, convenient, relevant, empowering and most of all FUN! A variety of formats with great routines and music. I do not like to exercise! But I love ZFit and it’s the only thing I’ve kept coming back to for almost 10 years!
