Any business that has to belittle another to promote itself is not worth my time. And a good gym doesn't need to run smear campaigns to get business.... a good gym speaks through members, results and community.
This is a great gym. I love the ability to cross train functional strength and mobility based on their equipment and setup.
The value of this gym can't be overstated. Larger gyms may have more equipment and floor space, but the membership cap is astronomical, creating a crowded, undesirable workout experience. Cheaper gyms are just that; cheap from the bottom to the top. This is an almost perfect environment for fitness and strength improvement. Great place to workout in a no pressure environment. You train at your own pace and the results are noticeable. Highly recommend.
Good mix of strength and HIIT workouts. Something for everyone. Other members are welcoming and you never feel like the odd one out, no matter your fitness level.
