I purchased a sterling silver chain for my grandson. I have owned sterling silver and worn it all my life.. i have never had it turn copper color!! And this sterling silver that i purchased from Z turned copper .. we brought it back to the Z and they cleaned and they charged my grandson ! Within two days it was copper again! The manager assured me they are a reputable company .. ill never go back!
