Purchased five Milgard windows from this ** in July 2023. 1) First rep measured them wrong. 2) Se**nd rep attempted to install the mis-measured windows; didn't work. 3) Se**nd rep came out 2 times to re-measure. 4) October 2023: 2nd rep installed the new windows; they had "film"on them; can't properly see out of them. Told me to wait a **uple weeks, call back with updated report. 5) November 2023: 2nd rep came back to look at the windows; agreed there is film on them. Excellent job and it was super quick I'm very happy with the work! There was some difficult areas of the house to get to but they were able to complete despite that. I whole heartily recommend Z Double B for any project you may have!
