This company was hired to replace the bridge near our house. They did great work, and throughout the process, they were considerate of us nearby residents. The project foreman kept their worksite organized, respected residential work hours, and the crew were friendly and great at what they did- clearly experienced and efficient. It was truly incredible how much they could get done in a day. Great group of people.
I have worked for Z Contractors for 2 years now. I have never had an issue getting paid, getting ppe, as well as being kept working through most of the winter months. Seems to be a smaller company for a bridge contractor and a majority of the work I have seen or been on has been rehabilitation. I would say that it is a good compromise to work for, with no more pros or cons than most other construction companies.
