We built our brand new home with Z construction back in 2020-22. We started working with John and Ted took over as GC. Z was more than willing to show us projects they had done and were working on to see the quality of their work. They streamlined the process from start to finish. A great company all around. Honest and upfront pricing and a helping hand is provided throughout the whole building process. They are the only builder in South Florida that does their windows, flooring, tile and cabinets in house which is a major plus. Ted, Vanessa, Mark, Bruce, and Heathcliff were all a pleasure to work with
