I have been going to Dr. Z for about a month now. I have gone to chiropractors since my early 20's. I am 72 now. In all that time the first chiropractor I went to did help me. That was in California. Since then I had moved to Texas but was never able to find a decent Chiropractor. I have been to about 4 of them but never got any complete relief on my first visit thru my last visit. By far, my favorite doctors visit ever!! Jeff is so kind and attentive to your needs even if you aren't sure how to express it. Abbey is just as amazing! I've been getting adjusted by Jeff for a few years and I will never go anywhere else!

Me and my mom have been visiting Dr. Z for a while, and we were treated like family every time we visited. They are a great team of husband and wife, they both are very friendly. Dr. Z takes care of his patients well, he is patient, a good listener and a good communicator, in the backend. Abby (Mrs. Z) is very friendly as well, engages in friendly conversations in the front end while assisting him in patient care. Dr. Z is nothing short of a miracle worker! I had severe neck and shoulder pain for several days, thinking nothing could be done. After ONE visit to his office my pain was so much better, and after a few more, the pain is practically gone! I highly recommend Z Chiropractic and Decompression and I feel so lucky to have found such wonderful chiropractic care!
