Not sure if they changed staff here or if something else happened but the new staff is terrible. I ordered Beef Burger today and upon arriving home, I noticed that there are no buns and its a piece of meat only. Called the location and mentioned that hey is this a burger because there are no buns and no burger. Was told to come for a replacement and went there again. Horrible customer service! I’ve purchased from them multiple times and have had minor issues in the past. Today, I can’t even explain what to say to this. Check the photo. They didn’t include the bread for the burger and some toppings are missing! They asked us to drive back and they will replace it. We wasted more time and gas, and they only were willing to give the bread - unbelievable! My husband left the bread there. Z-Burger has decent food and an overall good dining experience, but their phone service is absolutely nonexistent. My wife and I tried calling multiple times to place an order ahead of time, but no one ever picked up. Thinking maybe they were just busy, we decided to go in person. Once we got to the restaurant, I called the number again and to my surprise, the phone rang right there, yet the workers blatantly ignored it. Message to the Owner: I’d strongly recommend training the staff better when it comes to customer service.... read more
