One of the WORSE experiences EVER! My daughter stood in a quinceanera, and the cost of the dress was $100 more than the quote provided. The dress showed up 3 days before the quince & with alterations she couldn't even pick her arms up. The service is what really made the situation on top of everything else horrible: the owner and lady at the register were not helpful and constantly tried to charge extra money for their services.
No es verdad pedimos un vestido talla S y le tomaron las medidas y no le qué no se hicieron responsables, también nos citaron varias veces y nunca estuvo la costurera también no nos quisieron cambiar el vestido y no nos regresaron el dinero fue una mal experiencia no se las recomido !!
No lo recomiendo no cumplen y las personas no son amables mi sobrina le ordenaron mal su vestido no se lo quisieron canbiar ni regresar su dinero
10/10! After going to several tuxedo shops in town, we had the best experience with Sam at Z Bridal Tuxedo! They had exactly the color we wanted for the groomsmen and they were the only shop that had little boy tuxedos! Sam was such a help, very easy to work with! Please give this shop your business before going to the big stores!!
I came here just two months before my daughters quince. The guy there was so honest and nice. His whole team was on it with trying to find my daughter a dress. I am from Austin TX in just a week my daughter got her perfect dress. I can't thank him enough. He was informative about what dresses where available for her to choose. He definitely deserves my five star review. I would give more if I could. The service here was great. Reasonable prices.
