I have rented with a dozen other storage units and this place is one of the worst I have Dealt with. Payed all my payments on time, kept the unit clean, and gave long notice before moving out. I was charged a full month even when I pulled out half way through the month. Also didn’t get deposit back for an oil stain and on the concrete that were in the floor before I moved in and said it was from me. All I kept was a boat in the unit nothing else… Don’t rent with place he will screw you over for everything he can get..
Great prices and great service
The unit I rented to store my BMW Convertible was clean, dry and the walls and ceiling are in new condition. The owners take pride in what they rent. The rental rates are extremely competitive for the area. I would highly recommend.
Great place to store. I have had a unit at Zbest for about 8 or 9 years now. We original had a smaller unit. Then upgraded to the largest one available. The lot is well maintained in winter. No problems with ice or water in unit because the lot has a good draining system. The owners are great people or are very understanding and will help you with any problem with your unit. This place is a real rip off. Two years I made a deposit of one month or $75 security deposit, Since then I have experienced water damage to vintage items stored in unit in the amount of $833.00. I made no attempt to recover even though the fault was simply with inadequate inspection and maintenance of the building. I recently rented another space from an owner who regularly inspected and maintained the property regularly.
