Worst service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately we are not satisfied by the service. The guy who came did not clean all ducts properly! The service provided was so far below our expectations. He was doing his job very quickly and not thoroughly. When we called him, he said it takes about 1h30mn to complete the job but he did it in less than 46mn. After he left we removed the air diffusers in our basement and there still a lot of dust to clean. No brushing at all was done to clean the air ducts. We are not happy and won’... read more
Unfortunately we are not satisfied by the service. The guy who came did not clean all ducts properly! The service provided was so far below our expectations. He was doing his job very quickly and not thoroughly. After he left we removed the air diffusers in our basement and there still too many dust to clean. We are not happy and won’t call this company again. We don’t recommend it at all!
I got my duct cleaned from Z-Best and am more than happy with the service. He was prompt, fast, and answered all my questions. He made sure each part of the ducting was clean. I would recommend my friends to get his services.
I can't speak highly enough about Dave and Z-best. By far and away the best, most knowledgeable and experienced Duct and furnace cleaner in the city. This man knows his stuff, works efficiently, and at no time was he not moving, or have a tool in his hand. He showed me before and after pictures of the ducts, walked me through the work he was going to do and then completed. As for cost, lets just say he is beyond competitive and Z-best will be the only provider I use going forward.
