My 2.5 yr old is VERY sensitive and was not an easy client. Ziad was so patient with him (and with his frazzled parents) and did everything to make him comfortable. He not only was unphased by my son's screaming, but he somehow pulled off a great haircut! Grateful for Z's kindness. Thank you!
