They don’t pick-up the phone or respond to voicemails. My daughter has been asking for an elite replacement bar and it’s been out of stock for months. I am running out of excuses for her.

The communication, pricing and customer service were excellent! My toddler who is new to gymnastics loves her bar, mat and beam. We got them for 50% the listed price on Amazon since they were returned. Payment was easy and can be done with cash or Venmo.
