Highly rude and unprofessional. Some are good but most are not. They use the idea of do you want it fixed ? Then shut up and get out of my way ! They know u need it fixed so non one polices staff
Ask for Jonathan. ONLY Jonathan. We’ve had SO MANY plumbers sent by our landlords I think by the same company and nobody knew what they were doing and we kept having the same heating problems and quite literally freezing. My rating is solely based on his work and expertise alone. He was able to diagnose the real problem quickly and efficiently finish the job faster than expected. Also, he’s very polite and respectful. Everyone else doesn’t deserve a star.
They didn't show up at the date that they had scheduled the job.I called them to follow up and I was told that my booking is not in the system because of confusion!!!! and asked me to reschedule again.
