Staff were fantastic and friendly, but the spin class was too much. The strobe lights and music were overwhelming and I didn’t like biking in the dark - it made me dizzy.
I have been to spin before but never loved it. I went for Jenn's country theme class and had a great experience. The front desk girls were very lovely and welcoming; the change room is really nicely done. Jenn was by far the best instructor I've seen; she was always on time with instructions and explained things well. I never felt like I had to do more than I was able but she also pushes you appropriately. I'm sure the other instructors are lovely but 10/10 for Jenn. Would recommend her class!
It was my third time spinning, but my first time at this spin company. I brought along a friend’s Mom who’s never attended a spin class before - James was incredible! He took the time to assist us in adjusting the bikes and making us both feel comfortable - never did we feel silly or like we didn’t belong. He was great at creating an environment that was completely judgement free, at our own pace while challenging us to check in and dig deep.
