The guy on the phone was rude to me this morning, was swearing for no reason. Owners take appropriate action.
A very Kind gentleman from this company saw me struggling with my hood up on the side of a residential road and offered to help. He was so professional, clear and concise. He quickly informed me of the root cause of what was making my car be unable to start (a few lose screws) and showed me how to fixed it immediately. I am grateful to him and his kind words of aid for no reason but to be helpful, especially at such a cold time.
If i could give a rating as low as a 0 i would. Rude and hung up the phone on me
1 star is even to much. Called about parts and before I could even finish was told they didn’t have what I was looking for and then hung up on.
MORE LIKE TRIPPLE A-HOLE I second Wayne exactly.. " was looking for parts for a vehicle so I called AAA auto wreckers thinking they might be able to help me in my search and as soon as I asked for the part I was looking for the immature man barely let me Finnish talking rudely told me they weren't a parts store and hung up on me.
