I received the windows today and we got them at our build site, Thank you, they look amazing and can't wat to see them installed !
We are not finished yet -its been such a slow process. The house is nearly locked up. When the house is completed I will definitely send you some more phot I think I have said before, but everyone comments on the great quality of our windows. If you ever have customers that would like a reference, we are happy to give YY a great review !
Warning don’t expect any post sales service. The louvre windows we brought recently have become brittle and break in the breeze. Absolutely no response from multiple phone calls and emails. Avoid these guy's if you expect any level of service.
All the handles on our dozens of louver windows, which were installed only a few months ago, are already rusted. Both the project manager and the builder have tried to contact YY to seek replacements but no one will return our calls, emails or FB messages. Could someone please contact us? UPDATE: It's 2025 and we're still having trouble getting windows/louver handles repaired. It's a nightmare.
YY is my trustworthy brand, we have cooperated for three years, during which the engineering project was completed perfectly, thank you
