Went for general car inspection and maintenance. They ended up putting 10W oil for hybrid engine. I demanded 0 or 5W since it’s hybrid car and this is as per the manufacturer specifications. This guy still pushed for the 10W because he had a large drum and had to use it. Now my car engine makes very loud noise at cold starts. For inspection also, they start pointing small issues and trying to exaggerate it to squeeze you out of more money. I brought my car in on a Saturday morning for a RWC. Just needed to replace my front window wipers which they did for me. All done in an hour. Very efficient and very friendly.
A bit on the expensive side of the car repair and services, however very flexible in accommodating in the hour of urgency. Communication is good. Have been to YY for the last 2 years with different cars, reliable repair and maintenance jobs done.
