I can not recommend the swimming lessons program enough. All the coaches are fantastic!
I've been going to the YWCA for many, many years. I wish I could give you a better review and could recommend you to people, but unfortunately as a woman there's certain things I look for in a "woman's" center. Old, perverted men gawking at me and intimidating me while I try to exercise is very stressful.
