Zumba with Kane and has been an enjoyable experience.. Since I joined his zumba class my energy has improved and best of all I attain my goal of losing weight. I love his choreography and music , blending multiple dance styles and keeping routines engaging. Kane has a pleasing personality as well as a good Zumba instructor.
I've been taking zumba classes with Kane and every class is full of positive energy, great music and so much fun! His enthusiasm and encouragement makes everyone feel welcome, no matter their fitness level. He creates an atmosphere where we can laugh, dance and get an amazing workout at the same time. He's an amazing instructor and I highly recommend his classes to anyone looking for a fun and motivating workout!
Excellent gym with swimming pool and variety of fitness classes downtown. There is a sauna room, steam room and hot tub. Staff are very nice and helpful and changing rooms are spotlessly clean. They even have an automatic machine that spins water out from your swimsuit and a steamer for your clothes if they are wrinkled so you can leave looking refreshed after your workout.
