Our flagship location on Hornby Street is a 30,000 square-foot co-ed fitness facility and pool that offer a friendly and supportive environment in the heart of downtown Vancouver. With our second location, the Fitness + Racquet Club at 1055 Dunsmuir Street, we've added squash/racquetball courts and more workout areas. Members have access to both locations, just a five-minute walk apart!

I booked a swimming lesson specifically with a female instructor. However, when I arrived, I was assigned a male instructor without any prior notice. No one contacted me to inform me of this change or to give me the option to reschedule. When I went to the pool and saw the instructor was male, I approached the front desk to address the issue. Skip classes with Hiiro Prince…he makes you feel uncomfortable. Not a good experience.
I had a very serious accident at this facility when another member unintentionally lifted her leg, causing me to stumble and fall about two meters away. I was in intense pain and struggling to move, yet the staff did absolutely nothing to help. They refused to call an ambulance, saying it would take hours to arrive since the situation wasn’t life-threatening. What shocked me most was their complete lack of compassion.
