Our family loves their staff, their 'Camp Downtown' and the 'Tech Girls' programs for our daughter during her summer break from school.
Let me preface this by saying two things: my experiences here are very limited. I was only able to visit the YWCA a small number of times as part of a short program I was involved in. Secondly, I am sure the YWCA has many positive programs and makes many contributions to the community. I will only be reviewing the treatment I received by the staff I encountered in my visits here.
