We had facials done at Y Wax and the experience was fantastic! My facial was done by Rhonda and my husband’s by Eelen – both were absolutely amazing throughout the session. Our skin feels so refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend!”
I'm in a disabled+ in a wheelchair and this place is extremely accommodating. The rooms are big enough for my wheelchair to be in the room along with a support person and the beautician to move around. From the admin/reception staff to the people who performed my services, they are all extremely kind & understanding. I've had body waxing services here done twice- once by Maxine & once by Maria. This was my first professional wax and Eliana was amazing!! Walking me through the process of waxing and constantly checking if I was in any discomfort. She was so quick and thorough - even explaining her reasoning for plucking afterwards. I was calm the entire time because of her reassurance. Will definitely be back for a laser
