The receptionist is rude. Quite passive and seemed like I was bothering her calling the office. Not the friendliest but Dr was very friendly
I had a fantastic experience. I called to make an appointment and was offered an opening the following day. I was seen by Dr Kapoor and diagnosed and set up on a treatment plan. Thank you to the receptionist and Dr Kapoor!
The receptionist was careless. I called to make an appointment in mid August and was told the earliest available date is on September 22nd. I purposely repeated the date with her 3 times to confirm it is correct because I was surprised the wait time is over a month. Today Aug 21, I got a text my upcoming appointment is tomorrow Aug 22.
