My husband called these guys to come and pick up our old Mazda 6. This guy 'Bash' canceled and then re-scheduled for the next morning. My husband waited for an hour. Guy doesn't show. My husband calls him and he makes a bunch of excuses as to why he didn't show or call to cancel. What kind of business if this?? Very poor service 😡
I contacted this company twice; both times they forgot about me. And happily admitted to that; and then said they didn't take notes which is why. Then they gave me three different phone numbers to send messages on for communication-so not surprising that they are struggling to remember customers or any conversation. They are very disorganized.
