I called to set up an appointment I’ve been trying to call since Thursday and no one ever answers till today they answered and right away put me on hold. Come to find out they kept me on hold till 4:45pm to send me straight to the paging service. I don’t give 1 star to the Doctors but to the ladies working in the front desk. If you don’t like your job find another one your there to help patients, take the damn calls!
I have gone here for about 12 or 13 years now.
My family has been in the medical care of Dr McKinney for 20yrs. She's always been very respectful, empathetic, supportive, and goes above and beyond to identify solutions. She's also bi-lingual and has an amazing since of humor; she's an awesome woman of God definitely walking in her purpose. Give her office a call she may be a right fit for you.
I take my teenager here. Very impressed with their receptiveness. Will be switching my other teen here soon.
