My son is severely autistic and Dr. Santiago had no problem thoroughly checking him over and asking several questions concerning his health. She understood how to handle his space and is limits. She talked softly and smiled and that works! Nurse is very polite and took us promptly.
Dr. Santiago is the best, treat my mom (82 years old) with respect, always take time to list to her, we never wait much time for the appointment, the staff are always very nice and helpful.
Dr Santiago and her staff were amazing.I had my first visit today and was treated with the upmist respect. Highly recommend.
If I could leave no stars, I would. This doctor is rude, dismissive, uncaring, and at best ignorant. I never do these stupid review things, but thought I would save people the time by booking an appointment with her. The staff is a little bit better, but not much.
