Connie is my sister and yes she did have her hair done with Yvonne however after going over for a visit I seen how her scalp was burnt to where either the bleach or heat was on for to long. And every where I have gone with my sister she always mentioned her health condition especially when it comes to hair, nails,Pedicures etc that are being done. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is Connie responding. I was 8 minutes late, and when I walked in, I was told I was late. I told you and your so‑called sister, Noreen, that we could reschedule. You said NO, that it was OK. I asked for foil, not a cap, yet she still used a cap. My daughter's scheduled this appointment for my birthday specifically stated foil I told you I had Cancer, and you still took it upon yourself to put me in a cap. I am responding to the review Bryssa Rojas gave Yvonne. First of all Connie Rojas was 15 min late not 8min. Second I told Connie not to worry to let Yvonne finish what she was doing because I was not in a hurry . PWhen Yvonne put her under the dryer to process lightened she was under a few minutes said her scalp was burning Yvonne IMMEDIATELY Took her out and to shampoo bowl washed out bleach and dried her hair. This appointment with Yvonne was supposed to be a special birthday experience for my mom. She arrived only eight minutes late and my mom immediately offered to reschedule, but Yovvon said it was fine.
