I had very bad encounters with the office staff. They were extremely rude. I brought up my issues to Dr. McKinney and she dismissed them. She actually ended up be coming extremely rude and off putting. I told her I was going to have to find another doctor but I also didn't think it was right to be treated poorly. She must've made a note of my comment in my record because the next time I called to make an appt, which mind you had been some time between then and the last interaction, the staff who answered for scheduling said ... read more

Dr. McKinney is well liked. But her front office is terrible. They never answer their phones. Not only their patients calls but calls from specialists trying to get referral information and other important paper work. Don’t get your medical service here. The entire front desk needs to be replaced with people that actually do their job. My family members are missing deadlines and appointments because they can’t pick up the phone. Pull yourselves together or find a new line of work.

This place is for the birds. Bad communication skills. Bad phone etiquette. Nobody is doing anything but sitting on their butt. 😡 And have you doing their work.
