Unfortunately, my experience with Kelsy-Seybold Clinic,was one of the worst. The front destroying staff was by far less than sub par. My appointment was for 130.... its now 2pm. When asked why haven't I been seen. I was told that " and assumption was made, that I couldn't pay". Because I ask about my deductible.... I will not come back. I never said I could not pay, I merely asked a question... as I sit waiting on a supervisor to speak with me. I took off work for this appointment. Not good
