Date of service: 12/21/2023 Hair colorist: Astrid Service booked: Partial Highlights (light and low lights) and root touch-up. Problem was I received mostly low-lights than high lights Iand the salon does not do adjustments/correction as is standard with reputable salons within the first 2 weeks (or refund but that depends on salon). Resolution: Salon does not redo any services by the colorist Astrid. She blames the customer and is not polite about it. I asked initially equal low and high lights.
