Friendly, appeared to be experienced. APPEARED being the key word. Simple alteration to the shoulders done incorrectly, so bad that the dress would no longer button up the back, chest area was raised to my collar bones. Bustle buttons were not evenly placed or placed in secure locations. Hemline noticeably uneven and INCHES of lace HACKED off the bottom.
