Dr. Crossing is awesome! I sing her praises to anyone seeking a female PCP. She is an active listener, and truly concerned about her patient's care. Finding a good, caring, and personable physician is very hard to do. So much so, that when she left the Piedmont system, I followed her to Kaiser, and on a good day, her office is an hour away from my home one-way. Thanks for being an blessing to many. DEBDuodu
I have had Dr Crossing for over 5 years and wouldn't change Dr's unless she moves.
I had a virtual doctor's appointment with Dr. Crossing today, and it went very well. Dr. Crossing was a great listener during the appointment, asked great questions to assess my health concerns, and gave me thorough advice that was very helpful to me. She took her time during our appointment and has a wonderful demeanor as a doctor that made me feel like I was in the presence of extended family. I would definitely recommend her as a doctor.
Dr. Crossing is an exceptional physician. Not only does she listen carefully to what you say, she explains your condition and takes time to understand your issues. Her warmth, humor, and compassion are second to none. I feel very lucky that she is my primary physician!
