I had a two car policy with this agency for 3 years. After the first 6 month policy ended, they sent me a ~$120 check to refund for the overcharge which seemed nice but it was not. I wasn’t able deposit the check before it expired. Tried to the agency office to get it re-issued but they told me they had no record of that check and hung up on me multiple times when I contacted them.
