Do NOT see Dr. Yvette Ortiz Wow. This experience was worse than going to a random urgent care. I felt like there was zero empathy or interest in actually listening to my concerns. I asked about taking vitamin D and B-complex vitamins, including what dosage would be appropriate. She dismissed vitamins and cal them “voodoo” and told me that any dosage was fine. Not a good dr. after all! She got rid of me as a patient because I needed 3 referrals. This is fine as I have a very good female dr. At Cleveland Clinic. She was totally shocked when I told her about Dr. Ortiz!
