My primary care doctor has always been very knowledgeable and care about her patients and there health welfare at the forefront of there needs.
Dr. Mbangowah and her staff are so caring and understanding. They treat you like family and they don't rush you. They take there time to listen to you and are so helpful afterwards. I would recommend Dr. Mbangowah to anyone.
The Lab Tech was the worst I ever experienced. It is the climate of this country. We as African American are targets in the medical field.
Dr. Mbangowah has wonderful bedside manner. She doesn't rush you and takes her time to listen to you as a patient. I'm grateful for making the switch to having her as my PCP. I encourage others to do the same!
Went in because she sounded great online for a possible new PCP and help with my cold/cough. She prescribed me nothing that would help so I told the pharmacy I was refusing the medications she prescribed and they could put them back. I literally had to leave her office and go to Doctors Care and the NP there knew way more about medicine than this doctor.
