Dr. Lam and her staff are great. They made sure to let me know what was going on throughout my procedure. I want to thank Jenn for her bedside manner and that I never felt the needle for my IV. Overall, this was the best medical procedure I have ever experienced. Thanks again
The endoscopy procedure went smoothly. I was called by someone at Dr. Yvette Lam's office with results of the patholgy report. I had questions about comparisons to two prior pathology reports which she could not answer and asked if I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Lam. I said 'no' that I wanted to ask two quick questions telephonically with the doctor. That hasn't happened.
Great communication, from pre-op to post op.
Fantastic skills in discussing issues. Asks questions to ensure patient understanding of information and instructions. Very sincere and takes time to explain procedures. Good eye contact and displays good communication with nurses and staff.
