My experience with both Dr. Lam, and the entire staff was exceptional. I received excellent care from each phase of my procedure.
Very professional but turned rude! I was to hear from her assistant the next day to schedule an office appointment but call didn’t come for 3 weeks and at same time I received this evaluation! Coincidental don’t you think. She can not see me until June!
