A close friend recommended Dr. Lam as a great gastroenterologist. When I went to the office to schedule an appointment her staff informed me that she accepts new patients, accepts my insurance, and they'd give me a call about the time of the appointment. When they did call, I was rudely informed that Dr. Lam noted that I was treated by another GI in 2021 when I went to the ER, and she now rejected me as a new patient! Dr. Lam listened carefully asking good questions. She explained her thoughts and her understanding of my concerns so I could easily understand. I am pleased with this service.
So happy I found Dr. Lam. She is the best ! Very thorough, takes her time with you and asks if you have questions. I would highly recommend her!
Dr Lam figured out what was causing my stomach pain and tried several courses of medicine and changed my diet and has changed my life. She is amazing!!
Bad experience with this Dr, multiple issues for myself and my wife. Would not recommend. Note treatment for diverticulosis was advised to 'eat healthy' - during a flair up. No more , no exam, nada.
