Very friendly and professional when I went to get my ears pierced
Horrible don’t go . Most of their jewelry is over priced. You’re better off going to the diamond district for better service and quality. Expressed to them 2 weeks ago my bracelet kept fallling off in hopes of getting a more secure clasp placed on to it . Today is mother day and my bracelet fell off while running errands . They had no care in the world because they already have my $500. Another jeweler felt bad and sold me the same bracelet 14k for a fraction of what they charge.
I always tell my friends about this Jewelry store!!! I take my hat off to the owner! Trust me when I say “ love the service and items here!!!” I honestly wouldn’t want to go to any other jewelry store!!!! I seriously wish I would’ve know about this sooner!
Great customer service nice, different variety of jewelry And they definitely do layaway just tell them the Irish girl sent you
