On Wednesday, I sent Yvette a picture of my desired hairstyle Boho knotless. She asked what color? I told her I wanted the exact picture. She gave me the thumbs up. My appt was scheduled for Friday. I arrived on time for my appt and Yvette asked me what do I want I told her I sent her a picture. She doesn’t have the right colors for my style. Don’t ever go to this place for service because when I try to make an appointment today the owner or whoever was on phone refused my service. Gaslighting me saying I made an appointment last Saturday and she said I didn’t showed up. The true was I asked for available days she Saturday and I pacifically told her not to put me on the schedule and she lied about it. I would not recommend going to this place for service at all. She is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. She will try rob you. She doesn’t deserve a good review.
I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and each time I leave satisfied! Never disappointed.
