This is in regard to their online store/an online order Product ordered July 29, last UPS scan showing Aug 2, contacted Yves Rocher support, said I had to wait until Aug 26 for them to investigate the missing shipment (what other company makes you wait nearly a month before taking action? Pathetic customer service) If I don't get a refund or my order re-shipped (with a different carrier) I will file a dispute with my credit card provider/bank. Never ordering from here again
