Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Yves Rocher location in Place Longueuil on April 18th, 2025 My friend was visiting from Florida and came in ready to spend a significant amount after seeing how much I’ve used and recommended this brand for years. Instead of being welcomed, she was refused service simply because she does not speak French.
