J’ai visité la boutique récemment et Sarah m’a offert un service incroyable ! Elle connaissait très bien ses promotions en cours et me les expliquer de manière très claire, sans toutefois pousser la vente agressive. Elle m’a super bien conseillé sur les fragrances.. vraiment une belle expérience de magasinage !
Yves rocher is the best store from me since i was in morocco I went to the store in carrefour laval hoping to have the same experience that I did before but unfortunately it wasn't the case. The old ladies in cash were so rude and they treat other like they are superior to them. They need to learn more about customer service the way they speak to people is not acceptable at all.
