I ordered several skincare products online, expecting the quality and professionalism that Yves Rocher claims to represent. Unfortunately, what I received was extremely disappointing. The items arrived without proper packaging — no box, no protection, just loosely thrown together. One of the creams had a broken lid, and instead of replacing it or even acknowledging the damage, someone had lazily wrapped tape around it, as if I wouldn’t notice or care.
