The first thing I want to point out is that a 20% tip was automatically added to the bill without being clearly communicated beforehand. That made me feel uncomfortable. My party of 9 came to have lunch at the restaurant. The food was amazing overall but service was terrible. When we walked in no one greeted us, we just stood there and wait. The whole time our server did not bother to give us a smile or refill our water. When my friend asked for more water, the server was doing side job. She tossed the sauce’s caps down and looked over with an attitude. The food really was great, which made the service even more disappointing.
