I want to give it 10 stars. We had the best dinner there ever! Their customer service, atmosphere, sushi, and cocktails were all incredible. The eel literally melted in our mouths. My husband and I talked about it all night. Wow!! They make all their syrups from scratch and in house. The fish is delivered fresh daily. I recommend the yuzu drop cocktail and ask the team their favorite rolls, you won’t be disappointed. I want to move to Reno just for this place. We will be back!!
Overall good but not great. Food was generally good. Bite size was a little large but well balanced. Service was good enough but lots of little things were underwhelming- like not having a physical menu (I don’t want to be on my phone during dinner), plastic coke cups (while charging a premium), staff not knowing the menu. I think the biggest thing to raise is the identity crisis the restaurant has… they have premium menu pricing ($20+ per roll) but the overall experience was comparable to most sushi restaurants in the area ... read more
Don’t waste your time going anywhere else for sushi in Reno. This is some of the best Japanese food I have ever had in my life, period.
