Was one of the best and most authentic Japanese restaurant in the Inland Northwest. Japanese cuisine was spot on and never really Americanized. Loved the family that owned and worked there. Watched thier kids grow... It was amazing place and my family and I miss it.
Great food, but they closed permanently now.
We came on a super cold day, split a curry ramen and had the special neo crunchy roll and the baked mussel. Fantastic! The ramen was perfectly spiced, not too hot and it had a growing heat. The chicken in the ramen was sweet and smokey. We will be here more often, moved from Portland and we missed our sushi spots there but found a gem in Spokane! Thank you!
One my favorites in Spokane, great sushi and consistent.
