One of the most unprofessional medical appointments I have ever had. The automated system tells me my appointment is a 7am even though I booked it in person with a human for 9:30. I show up at 7am but no one joins the appointment. I try calling the office but the phone number listed on MyConnect isn’t a valid phone number (I find out later that is because someone typed the phone number incorrectly, transposing two numbers).
