We bought our house last year (2024). The owners before us bought the water heater from your company a year prior. So, this water heater is less than two years old meaning our water heat should be under warrant. Our water heater broke last week on Wednesday 10/8. My husband contacted your company on 10/9. Getting scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 10/14. We got the phone call on Monday 10/13 stating that your company would be out on Tuesday between 3-5pm.
